One thing I wanted to do in DC but didn't have time was a Segway tour of the city (if you haven't tried one out yet). It's a fun variation on a walking tour and it's worth experiencing (I did one in Paris last month). I know there's a tour company in DC that has these, although it may be seasonal only.
