I just did LAX-HKG a couple weeks ago, and being my first time on CX I made note of the "preferred" seats. I was in 44H, and was VERY glad I wasn't in 44A/K... that looked tight, and I'm only 5'8". You'd have to do quite a bit of angling to get your legs straight. Also, I didn't find people invade my space on the aisle too much. My advice... forget 44A.

I can't attest to Row 30, as my plane didn't have it.
