For some reason in 2006 QF alllocated both points and SCs for a number of flights to me and several of my colleagues and eventually took (most of) the points back. In one case ten months later.

Under the agreement between QF and my federal government employer points are not supposed to be earned. Previously points were earned and had to be used only for official travel. The loyalty bonus is an interesting problem since not all of it is attributable to official travel.
