I see your point, but the difference here is it's a legal requirement to pay taxes. It's not a legal obligation of mine to get my legal work, accounting or web development done in Australia.... it's as if I'm a shareholder of the government and I don't want to see them pissing away money.

My guess would be gov gets a discounted rate in exchange for no points?
