A better solution is that most high end handbag stores in Ala Moana and Waikiki are familiar with shipping via FedEx since a lot of their foreign customers might not want to carry home their multiple handbag purchases. Call the store, purchase it using your credit card and then have it FedExed to you in Kauai or back to your home. Of course, if you need to see and feel the handbag first this won't work.
If you need to go get it yourself, Hertz is one of the on-site rental car companies so you won't have to wait for a shuttle.
