It would be interesting to see how this works out, in that (IIRC) US has said that for any overlapping roles with different pay scales vs. DL, the pay will be rounded up to the higher rate. Something about the cost of the merger rising by $80M or so, but that way, they remove any wage scale issues (and some people actually get a raise from the merger).
