The only note I will add is that, compared to the 777, the A330 and A340 floor is closer to the ceiling. As a result, the walls curve-in more than they do on the 777, which makes the window seats closer to the wall and thus tighter. Also, the aisle for rear-most seats on the A330 and A340 slope upwards, giving a slightly panoramic view over the cabin.

W/r/t noise, I've never noticed a difference in cruise. That said, I am usually seated well ahead of the engines.
