The problem for the OP if wanting to reclear TSA is checked baggage. What to do with it? I recommend going to one of the Hyatt hotels and checking the baggage with a bellman and at some point later doing a 'meet and greet' with the wife.

If the OP has carry on only, he won't need to dance this dance. If an AC member, he can just go to the AC and relax. You can arrange with the AC to have a pass for you with the TSA. There are no airport restaurants land side. It's hotels or nothing.
