I stayed in Sheraton Manhattan (Sheraton Hotels was sold out and I had a meeting in a building two blocks away on 7th Ave) this week for 1 night- got a corner room as Plat upgrade, which was completely worn out, no minibar, hardly any room amenities (quite similar to what I got in Four Points ORD), and the bath tub had hairs of the previous occupant . I checked in at 1130 pm and checked out at 8 am the next day, so did not get an opportunity to complain. Maybe I got a bad room, but what I got was not worth USD 300 I paid...
