I wonder what would happen if a terrorist parked a bomb laden vehicle at a baggage claim curbside and walked away from it before it exploded. I guess the traffic goon writing a ticket for that vehicle would be one of the first to get wiped out when the vehicle exploded shortly thereafter.

Bet these traffic goons have never thought of that scenario!
