I'm a newcomer to this site, having come across it after searching the internet when I recently made a hotel booking on Expedia which must have been a mistake as it was so cheap. (The rate has disappeared now unfortunately, sorry!)

Having searched some of the threads on this site for similar situations, it's difficult to know whether the rate will be honoured by Expedia, and what I should do about it. Has anyone got any tips, eg contacting Expedia?
