If you have duplicate accounts, they can be combined. Expired mileage can be reinstated provided the other account showed activity before the expiration date (31Dec06). The January date is just a processing delay to allow a time frame for past date mileage postings before mileage is removed.
Just send an
e-mail with both account numbers, account addresses if they are different, and specifics about what you want accomplished.
