We arrived in Cabo at the Westin without my husbands Government issued ID(his fault). We were staying on a government rate and the hotel would not give us the rate until I called back to the States had my friend open our safe and fax a copy of his ID to the hotel in Cabo. I went in circles with the SPG Gold Card people for over and hour prior to that to no avail. I wish you luck!!!!
