Agreed 100%. I always said no airline deserves to fail more than DL. Why? Because the airline does not show appreciation to all customers and their business/marketing plan makes very little or no sense. It is a shame because DL is not what it used to be. The employees deserve much better...best of luck to them.
I just laugh at DL's constant dropping/reinstating service on competing jetBlue routes and the crazy use of puddle jumper Dash-8's on short flights with sky-high fares.
