OLCI is great, even without access to a printer; you can "reprint" boarding passes at the airport - even under the cutoff time to check-in.

OP poster reminded me of a small airport I was checking into and they had 4 kiosks and 1 agent. The line for the agent and the line for the kiosks seemed blended together. People with oversize luggage seemed to have made a perimeter around them to prevent others from getting to the OLCI. Were they using them or not? They all had looks on their faces like, "I'm cool - i'm hip, I used this machine but it didn't give me a 3-sleeved ticket jacket to put my boarding pass in, i'm confused now, is something wrong, maybe our party of 10 with 2 pieces of luggage each should stand around for an agent."
With time running out, we had to dive in and insist on using OLCI.

Did not find my reservation by; 1. credit card 2. confirmation number but it DID find it under worldperks number!!! So, if folks run into this problem...try using all different types of search options if it doens't find it on the first one you select.
