After talking with the travel agency that my company uses, I believe that the following statements are true:

• I cannot use the credit to buy a ticket for someone else. The new ticket must be in my name.
• The "clock" does not start again when I reissue the ticket. I must use the new ticket within one year of the purchase date of the original ticket.

So, I think that I'm going to TLV in March.
