I flew AF business class LHR/CDG/JNB/CDG/LHR via Paris recently and I absolutely agree with your comments on the bread. In fact everything in the air with AF was great but on the ground it was a catalogue of disaster. Offloadings at CDG on the way out. Lost baggage for 4 days at JNB and lost baggage on the way back. Spoilt our trip I have to say. AND...after 8 weeks I still haven't received reimbursment for my essential items. C'est la vie!
