Cool Different departure times on ticket and flight schedule...
Hi,

I have a flight with e-ticket from PHX - SFO on UA1437 at May 4th. My itinerary gives me a departure time at 1PM. Today I checked on the UA web site and got a departure time at 3:30PM.

Did this flight change?
Why don't I get any information on this from UA?

Is this a 'normal procedure' to handle customers of UA?
