I spend a lot of time in the 319's on HP - we had a full load (2 open seats in the whole plane), enough fuel for the 5:40 flight from EWR to PHX, and t-storms in the area. The takeoff roll was well under 30 seconds - rotated at terminal B taking off to the north - we were in the air as we went by CO's Teminal A.
May not have been full throttle, but it was the most powerful takeoff I've ever seen in a 319. Didn't even realize they could pull themselves up into the air that fast with a full load. Initial climb was really steep to get above the clouds. The pilot finally pulled back on the throttle when we got into the clouds - felt like a little rollor coaster ride to come out of that steep climb.
It may not have been full power, but I'd be willing to bet it was close.
