I just found out that today (not 1/1/07), my DL miles have gone from 10,xxx to zero! It's a duplicate account created several years ago when I misplaced my number, since burned into my brain. In late December, I called and asked that my duplicate account be consolidated with my main account. In a panic, on 12/28/06, I ordered a magazine.

No luck! Magazine award wasn't credited in time, although I did get an e-mail saying they had received my order. The accounts have not been consolidated.

Ouch! Even 10k loss of miles is not a good thing. Anybody else lose miles by error?
