I just did the cave tubing in Belize last week (we were cruising on Norweigan). We had a great experience too and I used a local company - X-Stream Cave Tubing and our guide was Javier. I was impressed with his knowledge of Belize and the incredible pride he had in his city and country. The cave tubing was the highlight of the whole trip!
