Posted this back a while on the Delta forum, but looks like NW is an option to Lyon thru AMS.

Looking to maximize miles on the trip, so any suggestions on how to route from CVG/DAY/CMH ? I don't have NW or CO status, but AW kept at Gold this year. I plenty of CO miles to upgrade on NW if possible to WBC.
