I have the same question, only international award travel. For a LEX-LIS itinerary in May, there were, as usual, no options on DL but the partner desk worked very hard to come up with a NWA routing from LEX-DTW and DTW-CDG, connecting to AF for the leg to LIS. There are a couple of more direct routes. If they become available, will DL let me make that change without costing an arm/leg?
