Yeah - India does tend to get hind tit when it comes to aircraft - MAA's stuck with old C 744s for the last few years now, and these typically picked from the older planes in their fleet.
For example MAA seems to keep using Sachsen Anhalt (1991) or sometimes Mülheim (1996) the last few times I flew with them.
