You do have to consider while the Wing is a great lounge (i'm sitting in it now) I'm not sure I would spend HKD4000+ for the privilege of using it. as number_6 said you would be better off getting a room at The Penninsula, than spending a couple of hours in the lounge and then a flight to nowhere.
