On a flight last night there was a woman with a cute 3 or 4 y.o. daughter just behind me across the aisle.
As we started approach, the girl refused to sit in her seat and the mother seemed unable/unwilling to make her sit down and strap her in and let her just stand there.

Just a minute or two before touchdown the girl takes off running down the aisle, where a male FA jumps up, grabs her and tosses her into a seat next to him and buckles her in just in time for touchdown.

I look back at the mother who has this helpless look and sheepish smile on her face....
