I've been to at least 50+ countries with two laptops -- and I'm not the only in my group to do that -- and none of us have ever been hit with customs taxes for having two used laptops. The fact that the computer looks used has been sufficient and if it wasn't a customs declaration to present upon departure from the countries has done the rest of the job to resolve that.
