I would make the same criticism of BA in that it should at least try and reflect the huge improvement in the quality of London restaurants in recent years in its on-board catering in J/F.

BAA had been hoping to get a department store to sign up for T5. I suspect if the likes of Selfridges had agreed to do so, this would have been announced by now.
