Welcome to FT. How are yous guys in DTW?

Nice to have you on board. Longtime fan of NW and their FAs. Who cares if all I seem to fly are ancient NW DC9s. They bring back memories of the C-9B Skytrains, only with much better inflight service.

Q: Does it really make a difference if we passengers smile and say please and thank you? I like to think it does but sometimes I wonder.
