Quintessentially pure and utter tosh. Terrible service (days, if not weeks to respond to requests and often completed incorrectly). Overpriced products they re-sell and little or no knowledge of the products themselves. The Travel service is an embarassment - completely manual processes involved.

One positive - some access to some clubs but too often they messed up with no access to no clubs (including ruining a Saturday night in Miami)

Took them 4 months and a threat of a County Court summons to get them to return the, repeatedly promised, membership fee.

I use the Coutts World concierge service, run by TenUK. I expected very little but so far it has proved to be far better (if a little less "access")

Waste your money on something else.
