Ideas: Better security for less cost
Why are TSA screeners:
racking and stacking bins?
lifting bags to place on a CTX machine?

Shouldn't the airport or TSA contract out such work? I see the latter done at a few airports. Doing so could cut personnel numbers down and more of the screeners' time can be spent screening.
