After calling both Citibank and American for the zillionth time, I finally reached an intelligent person at AA (not some foreigner in India who doesn't speak English, which is all I get when I call Citibank these days); she read to me the list of 1st Quarter 2007 AA Reduced Mileage awards. She was kind enough to have Chuck Hines from American's Customer Service department e-mail the codes to me (unfortunately, each code will have to be looked up to find out the real cities!)
