This rude & nasty employee has been with the RCC (UA) 9 years too long.

I'm glad you stood up for the rules and also wrote a letter. There was a mention around here that someone had the station manager's email or contact info though.

Someone needs to audio or video these situations and put them on Youtube.com. That would get UA's notice when you start posting it online and sending it to them.
