I have had the same result as the above poster regarding the seat pinpointer. I believe you are one or two steps away from confirming the purchase at that point. The only downfall of the pinpointer: very slow on dial-up connections (like AOL). But it is still a nice feature, and I am glad that you can view seats before the purchase...
