Very unexpected and a great experience... Looked like more op-upīs followed later but I was called first and the GA said I get it because I m the highest status in Y cabin (I couldnt imagine that since I m just PLT, but who complains...) and he even told me my name was mentioned on the monitor. This was even more confusing because the initials on the monitor have a very light relation to my name

Then I got the bp for 10G and saw that the booking class was modified to "C".

Isnīt C a full fare class? Shouldnt be modified to something like "I" or does AA have another system in their classes ?

Okay, so the flight went fine... then began the Heathrow mess !

Totally unfriendly BA staff as usual. Not allowed to use fast track inner security, BA flight to FRA was delayed 30 mins and baggage took another 35 minutes wait on the belt. When it finally came out the whole JAL aircraft from NRT had to go through customs, too so it cost me my train connection home. Next proper one was 1,5h later...

Result: AA can be as good as they are but for a very great experience avoid BA at all costs !
