I am NWA Platinum, the return flight is Feb 11th. When I called they said they said they were a bit behind on reissues and that by midweek (Jan 3 or 4) the ticket should be reissued. Nothing showing under locked miles. I emailed the Contact Us team and they said to call, so I will try and call again.
