SingTel Prepaid Cards are available at SingPost Post Offices. There is an outlet in Changi Airport Terminal 2 (Transit Area) that is opened from 6am to 12midnight. It is located at Transit Terminal 2, Unit 026-098-01. You can check with the Customer Service Info counter for exact location.
