Just to make a point clear, I don't care about the upgrades.
I care about Mileage Plus being a joke. I have a lot invested and would hate to start over at another airline.
First they outsource the 1K CS.
Then this.
These guys are using UA until the next deal comes along, me 1988.
While I am not GS UA has provided me with an Executive Services person. I have her direct number at WHQ and she is my Angel. Maybe I am GS lite?
Good luck to us all if they are giving out GS lollipops.
