Royal First Class passengers will be accompanied through the Immigration Fast Track Service. Royal Silk Class passengers are also entitled to Immigration Fast Track Service.
I haven't tried it myself because I have yet to encounter any queues at immigration but will definitely try it if I ever do need to.
