When I try to book a flight from SFO to Managua, the web site does not recognize the MGA airport code (it suggests MFM, Macau). This despite the fact that UA has codeshares to MGA (such as UA4354 and UA4309 from and to SAL), and the fact that I can bring up the status of these flights on the web site.
I called up .com support to report this bug. In the meantime, I'd like to use the website to book my itinerary, and I'm wondering: If I already know the specific flights I want to book, is there a way to book by flight number on the web site?
If you look at the timetable on .bomb, it will show you all the flights, but thanks to T(ake)AC(hance)A(irlines), I think you are going to have to book this over the phone. I always get to the point on .bomb where I'm purchasing my res and then it makes me call CS to finalize the reservation instead of letting me do everything online. Bleah.
Any Taca codeshare flight has to be issued on a paper ticket - ugh - and I have yet to be able to book an ORD/SAL on the website or even obtain seats for that matter.

Since they control all CA flights, I've got my fingers and toes crossed that Taca gets pulled into the SA and outta the stone ages.
