Thanks for all the followup info. Turns out, between Thursday and today (when I booked the ticket), the row B seat was gone, so the "moist seat" warning was a non-issue. However, I was able to get first row of the upper orchestra, section 203, as scott1212 had recommended above, so I went ahead with that.
