Had IFE problems early in 2006 on ANZ LHR-AKL - No IFE at all. ANZ gave us a choice of NZ$200 in travel vouchers OR NZ$150 in duty free vouchers. I thought it was nice (although passengers who got off in LAX got the same NZ$200 for half the inconvenience!)......Went to ANZ office in AKL and they just gave me cash, since I told them that a $200 voucher didn't mean a lot ot me. Even better touch!

On route to LAX, QF inflight has not worked about 50% of the time (8 flights) and all you get is an apology.....IFE is not that important to me, but in Y having a grumpy SOB next to you because the IFE is broken makes the flight very long..........QF should do something about this urgently.............
