Or are you saying that premium passengers don't have the capability to do such a simple thing as weighing a bag?
Hi,

The problem is that at many hotels there are no scales in the hotel room in order to weigh the suitcases ( unless we bring our own) and it would be a major pain to find scales. If other airlines offer 32kg per bag then why should we choose to fly Ba with 23kg per bag ( my suitcase is heavy on its own- Samsonite) and coming back can weigh in between 25-27kg ( maybe up to 30). Under the new policy-one more case to carry.
