Does it have to be a Starwood Hotel on O'ahu? I was just at the beach at the Ihilani Marriott, and it was not crowded, the water was absolutely clear, and there were many chairs available for use. Great place, you have your solitude from the rest of greater-Honolulu,
and there are great views of arrivals into 8L at HNL.
I'm not a big fan of any of the Starwood hotels here on O'ahu; they're all within walking distance of each other in the densely populated Waikiki area. Not quite the best picture of "paradise" in my mind...
