My sister-in-law gets stuck on the Abuja and Lagos flights quite a bit as BA cabin crew, and if her enthusiasm for the journey pre-trip is any indication of her hospitality in flight, then I indeed feel sorry for her passengers.

I know she loves the blacked-out police escorted bus to the hotel, the creepy crawlies in her room, the fact that she has to pack a suitcase full of bottled water and Pot Noodle so she won't get ill... personally I think her love of the Nigerian routes was cemented when a large very poisonous snake fell out a tree onto the lounger she was sitting on only moments earlier.

Perhaps it's not the people, perhaps the crew is just in a bad mood because it's such a crap place to be stuck??
