Wow, that stinks. Glad that Hyatt GP was able to come through again! Actually, my husband and I have had this problem many times in the past at different hotels. Not to the extent that they state that we are violating Hyatt's T&C's, which is definitely untrue. During FFN times, we always did the check-in, check-out thing...and we offered to change rooms if they really needed us to, but it was always too much trouble for housekeeping if we switched rooms. However, lucky for us, since I hadn't changed my maiden name at the time, it was less confusing for the front desk.

That's great that you got it all fixed now though.
