No lounges.
I usually take the bus unless I am in a hurry.
Airport Express Bus costs NOK70 and takes you downtown (convenient for most hotels) in approx 30 minutes. Cash and credit cards accepted by the driver.
A taxi usually costs me around NOK350, and takes around 20 minutes. Taxis accept credit cards also.
