You need to check not only the 'C' availability, but the J cabin load. If it's light, it improves the chances that more 'C' gets released. If very full, of course, less chance.

I checked my flight on 3/20 and J shows only 5 people, with 30 seats still available. I would think the chances are good for me, I HOPE!
