One more year, one more iteration: In my pocket is an Hhonors Diamond card good till 4/08.

Due to my travel schedule at the beginning of each year, on the website I now show as having "29" stays in the past 12 mos., but am only listed as Diamond on the website until "April, 2008". I have one more stay next week scheduled, and then I'll drop down below the 28-threshold as a mess of stays from late January and early February, 2006, decrement the running total. HOWEVER, as of today, I have qualifed for another year.

As in the past two years, I guess I need to call the Diamond line and speak with yet another CSR who will tell me "don't worry, it'll credit properly LATER" in an attempt to get rid of me. Then, having kept their name, I'll call back in April when I get no new card. We'll go thru the thing all over again. I'll offer to fax them a printout of today's website, showing me with 29. They'll finally relent, and I'll get a new card showing 4/09. But this HAS to be implemented a little better than this..........
