I lined up in the Premier line at FLL on 12/23 to check in for my TED flight to Denver with a cart stacked high with baggage. Mr. Ted (apparently the supervisor) points to the regular line to the right of me with 5-10 people in it and tells me very loudly that he doesn't have any agents for the premier line. There were 2 agents working and no less then 3 kiosks on-line. I bit my tongue and lugged my cart of baggage over to the normal line.
Anybody else run into this TED luggage shuffle before? I found it insulting and felt Mr. Ted was discriminating against his companies’ best customers. If Mr Ted wanted to close his Premier line then he should have removed the sign.

I usually fly down to FLL 2X/mo. Had similar experience before at this particular station. They prob figured since FLL has only Ted flights, might as well tx everyone the same. Some with nasty attitude, i might add.
